Agricultural land with a conceptual project idea of design and construction
Agricultural land with a conceptual project idea of design and construction This agricultural land is located in Morkan, a region on the souther side of the Korčula Island. The land is suitable for growing grapes and olives. The owners have drawn up a preliminary project consisting of the following parcels:
1. Plot 28500 (with olive grove, 30 m from asphalt road, olive age from 20 to 25 years, 60 olive trees in total, old building is marked but doesn’t exist - mark 3550, total area is 31.681 m2),
2. Parcel 28508/2 (with olive grove, 70 m from asphalt road, olive age from 20 to 25 years, 60 olive trees in total, total area is 31.729 m2),
3. Parcel 28510/1 (300 m from asphalt road, without olive groves, previously vineyard on 17.000 m2, rest is forest, total area is 31.753 m2).
The approach from asphalt is pebbled. The asphalt road is 3.5 m wide. There is no water supply, but there is a possibility of a tank. There is no power supply, but there is a possibility of setting the solar panels. Regarding the irrigation mode, there is no need for that since the soil is not dry. There are no auxiliary facilities on the location.
Possibility of construction according to the law on agriculture (for land over 30.000 m2, and for residential and business buildings up to 500 m2). Plots are sold together or by particles. Distance from the sea is about 2 km.
Land price with olive grove is 5 euro/m2 and without olive grove 3 euro/m2.
