A large property with olive grove amid preserved nature - western side of Korčula island

This agricultural land is located in Potirna village, an old settlement located inland of Korčula island, on the very fertile soil, surrounded by bays and coves with beautiful beaches. This area is especially suitable for growing grapes, olives, figs and other Mediterranean fruits and various vegetables. Potirna is about 7 km away from the larger settlements of Vela Luka and Blato.

The land is located on a gentle slope and is only 1 km away from the sea. Land area is 9000 m2 size. It is a large estate with an olive grove that needs to be restored. The rest of the property is covered with forest and Mediterranean vegetation, so there are many ways to use it, like planting extra olives, fruit trees or some other Mediterranean plants. In the middle of the plot is a house, size 54 m2, as it’s drawn on the floor plan. In nature, this house is a ruin, but there are a number of possibilities for its adaptation and use.

Since the sea is only 1 km away, the land has a partial sea view. Given that the parcel is quite large, the sea view is possible only from some parts, and in some places this view is obscured by pines and other trees. On and around the land nature is fully preserved and in the olive grove and other parts of the land there are numerous well-preserved centuries-old dry stone walls (locally known as “meje”). There is an access road that leads directly to the land.
