Old stone house in the heart of the Korčula island and with panoramic view - renovation project
This old stone house is located in the village of Smokvica, in the very heart of Korčula island, in a region best known for Pošip, a fine white wine. The house has two floors and 120 m2 of living space. In front of the house is a common antique courtyard with old stone benches settled next to the wall, here called "fižuli". Outside the house there is also an auxiliary object that was previously used as a fireplace, and which can also be used as a cellar or a storage space, or can be converted into something else. The house also has an outdoor antique rainwater well. From the yard, the view extends to the beautiful fields of Smokvica, vineyards and olive groves, surrounding hills and the sea in the distance. House needs renovation.
