Building land in a small uninhabited bay, 50 m from the sea

This building land is located in a small bay on the north side of Korčula island, called Prihonja, only 4 kilometers away from Vela Luka. The land is located 50 meters from the sea and it’s 3120 m2 size. It’s settled on a hillside so it offers a panoramic view of the bay, open sea, the nearby archipelago, the island of Hvar… The land is surrounded by pine trees, and on the site and around it there are well preserved century-old dry walls (locally called meje). There is an access road leading to the land. The advantage of the land is that it is located in an area that has not yet been built, which provides privacy and peace. This bay is well-protected from wind, so its known as an excellent anchorage. The bay is ideal for yachts 10 anchorages and 1 berth per GUP.

Considering all this, this land has a great construction potential, both due to the very good location and the fact that, given the size of it, it can be divided into several building plots, each of which can have a green area, beside the building, or/and a big gardens with olive grove, orchard, etc.
